Good price for this lot?

The plane is 4209 Lego City Fire Plane with all the minifigs (seller says missing 1 piece). No manuals or other minifigs. I enjoy putting the sets together to resell, but would like to make a profit too.  How much would you offer?

If making a profit was my goal, I don't think I'd consider this lot at all. Too much work for what would inevitably be a meager profit at best. Just this guys opinion.

You would  regret buying this the minute you got home. My rules:

1. Desirable sets

2. Low prices to account for inevitable missing pieces 

3. Missing mini figs (and possibly instructions) will kill your proit

Thanks. This is new to me so that's why I ask! The seller just told me the HP minifigures are in another lot, which makes me think that the Hogwarts Castle 4842 (that I think I see in the box) might not be all there either
