No. But my order of one super pack, one koi, and one of each skin arrived yesterday and consisted of 2x 81000, 2x 81001, 2x 81002, and 2x 81003. There's no special box with all inside or "81004" Forma super pack. Quote

ONly 2500 of each set made so very curious where it ends up...and my fave phrase: make for a great case study Quote
