Where can I print the 9x9 background for the IKEA RIBBA frames?

I searched everywhere online trying to print the 9x9 backgrounds for the IKEA RIBBA frames but all the shops doesn't print custom sizes photos. Any idea?

local print shops... college prints... UPS store etc. will do it

Have you tried a local photo printing store? Even if the print is too big - my local will do 9x12 prints for under $5 - you can cut to fit.
