mikeyreliable
Love this. Might have to try and rework the neck but this looks great. The beige stonework and body look spot on next to the real-life picture. Have always wanted the larger model but this looks like a great alternative
KShine
It's not perfect - but I appreciate the effort.
Guest TabbyBoy
Not bad, but I'd like a face of some sort, even if printed. Far better than that halfarsed Great Wall of China.
Ed Mack
Excellent set. I like it most because my 3450 still is valuable.
andyposterfan
Not blown away by this. The base looks fine but I don't think lady liberty herself works. Why is the arm so short? It's clearly too short in the image on the box showing the side-by-side with the real one.

andyposterfan
Yep good point. The more I look at this set the less I like it. the problem is that it does a poor job of representing the human form of the statue. The base looks great as it's a brick structure anyway, but the contrast between the quality of the base vs. the Awkwardness of the statue doesn't help
MJO24
Tourists who travel to New York and see the statue will not care about the accuracy of this set as much as I think people from the U.S. will. They will look at this as a memory or a gift they can buy to remember seeing it while on vacation. Same as I have a couple sets from Europe, even if I don’t know if it’s exactly accurate.

Scatterbug
Looks great. What price point will this likely be?
Pebble&Park
Face shield is the dealbreaker for me. The ultimate butterface. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G900A using Brickpicker Forum mobile app 3
exciter1
I'd rather they just stick this head on it.

exciter1
Would Mount Rushmore have 3 bases and a home plate? 3
nolanfan34
People are hating on this way too much, I think it's a pretty interesting build. I do agree if they used the plate, why not do a printed one, and laughed at the excellent MS Paint above.

Guest TabbyBoy
If you're ever bored one day and happen to have 12 pentagons laying around, why not make a dodecahedron out of them?
cambridge02138
Just received the following email from Lego today (5/30/18): "This New York icon is for sale early at the LEGO® Stores at Rockefeller Center and Flatiron District. Plus, get a FREE poster with your Statue of Liberty purchase ONLY at these 2 locations, while supplies last."
