Awesome set as well.  Nice use of Technic pieces.

Agreed - They really hit the creative sweet spot with a couple of these.

This is my favorite one - Amazing how inspired the designers used to be (FYI - This Destroyer Droid actually rolled and opened up)

I agree.  Another awesome set.  I have both displayed in my office.  They also take some abuse as well without breaking.  Ahhh...The good ole' days.

PS:  Actually, the Technic designers still do an excellent job.  Love their sets.

Hi,

I have a few more I needed help identifying from the same lot, these aren't as complete though. Any help is appreciated!

I numbered the images to make it easier to call out what you know!

#9 is set 7021: Viking Catapult vs. the Armoured Ofnir Dragon.

#8 is set 3406: America's Bus

#7 is set 7143: Jedi Starfighter

#6 is set 7019: Viking Fortress against the Fafnir Dragon

#5 is set 7021: Viking Catapult vs. the Armoured Ofnir Dragon.

#4 is set 4478: Geonosian Fighter (either Black or Blue Box)

#1 is set 7153: Jango Fett's Slave I

#2 is set 7153: Jango Fett's Slave I

#3 is set 8009: R2-D2

BUT: Apart from #1 (I had to go by the large wedge shape) all of these pictures have easily recognizable "unique" pieces (e.g. pieces with stickers) and looking these up took no more than 30 seconds per picture. You need to practice doing this yourself (though I love the challenge, and I'm sure others do too).

Thank you so much, and to everyone else as well.

Good advice too. I’ll admit I was partially being a little lazy, but I also didn’t think about approaching it the way you did.

Hey @Phil B,

I used your tactics and identified a lot of sets, stuck on this one though if you are up for the challenge!

It's a MOC made partially with pieces from 4483 AT-AT (https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?S=4483-1#T=S&O={"ss":"US","rpp":"500","iconly":0})

Why? Because the Sand Blue pieces are unique to that set, and the Light Bluish Grey 1x4 brick with slot also likely comes from there, but the Flat Silver plates with Teeth are not in that set.
