Damnation666
Anybody ever smell a large collection of Lego bricks? They have a very unique smell when stored in mass quantities.
BuildIT
I can't say that I have 'smelt' a large collection of LEGO bricks....but I do recall receiving a massive bundle of various LEGO bricks as a Christmas present from my parents. They wrapped it in a large container that had previously been used for food flavourings - imagine the 'flavour' of my LEGO! No matter what I built, there was a rather overwhelming 'strawberry' scent. LOL. To this day the LEGO in question remains out of sunlight at my parents house......but the strawberry 'smell' hasn't diminished.....if it smelled of 'apple' (or similar) would it be worth more? bricklyn
It is probably the off-gassing of the plastic containers you are storing them in or the LEGO themselves. Can't be good for your as far as long-term health goes, but then again neither is eating poorly, not getting any exercise, smoking, or many other things in this world. Apps
My spare room smells like a lego storeroom (cardboard) given the amount of lego boxes in it LOL!!
