Would give it a year, and keep an eye on how it performs, suspect every Del boy in the UK will be on it,might even delve in there myself but only if the price is right.

Due to the SOH disappointment and the evergreen TB, I don't think this will be jumped on much apart from by builders who can finally pay RRP for one. I'm one of those builders and I will be buying one once it's discounted or 2x VIP and nice promo.

Changing the subject, the Tesco 3 for 2 is a miss for me,but I have noticed when you go to buy the limited to two sets any other set at approximately the same price is near or full retail price,

Tesco are really tightening up a lot as I have shopped in my local Extra every day for the past 8 years, and this past year in contrast to the previous 7, bargains are a very rare commodity now.

The new boss  has definitely got his finger on the profit button.

SOH is at least a few years away. Even in Australia we can still buy at rrp. We could get it at 50% during sales which is not normal for any set much less a big premium set.

Overproduced and underwanted?

Lolz, they actually made a designer video! Do you get the feeling Jamie is rushing through this to get it done?

I think they did the video for this much better than that piece of crap they made for the Toy Shop rerelease.

Short and to the point.... “We didn’t really do anything new other than make it easier to build. This helps us maximize our profits at the expense of the consumers who won’t be able to benefit from new parts or build techniques to have an even nicer model.”

(Feeling a little snarky after some fat ass decided to not return his cart in the Rona parking lot and leave it right next to my car and then having to stop for some **** who decided he had the right of way while driving across the parking spots instead of designated lanes. Tis the season to experience morons while out doing some errands.)

Well, they are on season 13 of Canada´s Worst Driver so there seems to be quite a pot of talent to dip into.

Well, just one more off topic ... last night I was driving home from the rink and less than 1km from home I was within six inches of being side swiped by an old man in a cavalier and then making the left turn, some young woman decided she needed the almost then entire 40 foot median opening to make her left hand turn in her parents Toyota Camry (facing me). Luckily the old man stopped in time and the young woman left me just enough room to squeeze in front of her with one hand on the wheel and the other hand gently raised to express my displeasure.

Wow, already backordered at EU SAH.

Yeah.... fleecers hoping to cash in, not knowing about discounts and disappointment down the line. I'll get one, but £200 tops.

Out to 22nd Dec now. This is going to be another one of those home run flips and Lego can give the finger to anyone thinking it would not sell.

Those that can drive to a LEGO store easily and have a PRIVATE eBay account with an auction listing (with reserve), they're quids in as they don't have to accept returns - jammy buggers!
