blue - water

tan - deserts, coasts

trans clear - ice

light bluish gray/dark bluish gray - streets, asphalt

red - ????

Not sure streets/asphalt are natural Earth formations .... ;)

The reddish/brown and red could be used for iron-rich soil called laterite. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Laterite

The black plates would be much better representations of the black soil found in many parts of the world. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Black_soil

And apparently yellow soil is a thing... https://encyclopedia2.thefreedictionary.com/Yellow+Soil

Janice's spew in accounting after a heavy bender tossing it all up in the morning.

Only other thing for Orange, tree leaves that have fallen during Fall color change or another type of lava flowing, Burnt grass is tan, but Fried Grass I believe can be Orange, Fire in general.  But I still think a large mess from Janice is dead on.
