  3. Wife/Girlfriend/Partner/Accountant will flip out and threaten you in a myriad of subtle and not-so-subtle ways.
  4. It comes with WHEELS...ON A BOX....BOX WHEELS.  I don't even got a car for it!
  5. Room? Space? What's that?
  6. No kids or minions to help you build it.  So...not a reason.
  7. Flipping?! HAHHAHAHA...wait...you're serious?
  8. PORGS! Find on BrickLink in the future for $10 a pop.
  9. Credit card debt.  Need to pay it off.
