I'll be astonished if it doesn't atleast include the complete crew of R2D2 and Luke. Really stupid to tease and include one of the droids and not the other. And to skip the main character of the original trilogy. :(

And I think it's silly those that are speculating the extra ~2400 pieces were all taken up on the extra detail on the exterior and that there's no detailed interior. Enough pieces to build the Simpson's House almost and one could possibly think that many pieces could fit into the extra detailing alone.

I don't want to get anyone mad here or think I am anti-minifigure, but I would rather see ZERO minifigures if it's not to scale.  I think minifigures in an adult collector set like this only deters from it.  Let's face it, how much playability will there be with this set?

ed, we need just enough minifigs to fill the cockpit :)

2400 pieces is not a lot when you consider the potential size/configuration of the interior... maybe a small room, but certainly nothing earth shattering. Simpsons House is built mostly from larger (i.e. "normal") bricks .. the changes you can see from the pictures are pretty significant. The corridor to the cockpit (and the other side) has been changed a great deal - removing those plates and changing to curved bricks is a big change. Even if you said 1000 new pieces went to the exterior, 1400 is not much left for an interior and the structural changes required.

I doubt there will be an interior given what we've seen.

This is my disappointing reality for the day.

I really want (and still expect) an interior.

The most I expect is something similar to the SSD.  Maybe a cockpit that opens and some other area that shows some small detail.  Like what has been stated before, there are a lot of smaller pieces on the exterior of this ship that weren't on the 10179.  Add to that LEGO's proclivity to add multiple pieces where one larger piece would do, I am not holding my breath.

having built the 10179 and assuming 75192's inner structure is somewhat similar, i don't see how an interior is possible unless it's a small area here and there in the stern.  also, it's a pain lifting the the mid to stern top panels because most will either be connected to another or elements will fail off.

this is probably another set to build and display w/o much moving.

Guys, just got the information from RLFM member close to Lego that tomorrow will be official announcement and not the 1st.
He already knows the price but he didn't wanted to share that with me but ended up tossing me over the phone
"you'd better be sitting during that announcement" (price wise, he is a big fan of technic)

so save the date.

I guess LEGO wants to reveal it as fast as possible with all the leaks coming out now, I thought it would be September 1st for the announcement, but maybe LEGO just wants this product out as soon as possible.

A pretty reliable source in another forum said there will be at least four more minifigures - Old Han, Rey, Finn, and BB-8.

I personally like my UCS vehicle sets with no figures. I'm all about the ships and having them bigger or cheaper instead of including minifigures.
