I've been looking at the leaked pic and adding up the piece count....so far as I can tell, it looks like most the extra pieces are mostly exterior brick built replacements of the original plate builds of the 10179...not to mention an outright ripoffs of marshal bananas 7500 piece built mod ...
It's almost like they just incorporated random ideas from his set into a redesigned reHash of a 10179....long story short...they shoulda put Marshal banana on the payroll and gave us his 7500 piece design

LEGO would never steal someone's design.

They will claim that someone else must have simply thought of it (and designed it), before they did - but since they might have had thoughts about possibly doing it first, it's ok.

I'll be honest...I hope there is an interior, mad cool mini figs, with interchangeable radar dishes(speaking of...the radar dish mount Build looks dumbed down on the 75192)
The fact the 75192 has a new canopy printed piece, curved finishing pieces is cool. There may be more new pieces and that be cool, but as far as originality, use of existing pieces and innovation of design...hats off to the 10179 designer. And hats off to guys like marshal...so even though this 75192 is technically "better" white new molded pieces...I tend to lean to the original designers for better value. It's hard to value something not well thought out...and that's what I see with this new set...just like the new Death Star...so any of you guys trying to sell a 10179, I think you'll still get a nice profit.

Well like said(and it's only my opinion), it's uncanny how random design features are poorly copied into an old design...but I digress...
It's also hard to judge a set on one leaked pic...so if it does have an interior with new fun things we can't see or know at this time, well just have to wait and see...
I'm just comparing one 7500 piece Build to another 7500 piece build...based on one leaked pic-lol
So yeah....I hope it gets better on big reveal day!

That's pretty much my deal with Lego. The bigger the better. Of course I start to regret that about half way through a 2000 piece build....I can only imagine what building this thing will be like.
