What about her lawyers, though? Guess it´s better to spend the cash on Lego to avoid giving it away.

Didn't need to get lawyers.  I'm also probably one of the luckiest guys out there with my divorce.  She agreed to all the terms of the divorce, and signed it with me at the courthouse.  Oh also...I have my retirement in tact, and no alimony...oh joyous occasion for me.

I love my wife, and I love Lego. And she doesn't really understand my love for Lego, but she tries. She even sits down with me and builds.  It's a fun family event.

Luckily, I'm invested in Lego, and will be able to buy into this set at the beginning with money obtained from selling other Lego. So, no need to ask the wife. She already knows.

I'm so excited to build it. The only problem I've got, no place to put it after it's built!  We live in a small apartment and have a one year old. I'm already taking up a large section of the living room for my shipping supplies, which really pushes my wife's limits. Thus, I might be building, appreciating for like four days, and disassembling this set. At least for the time being. But, I believe it will be worth it. Maybe this will give me an excuse to build it several times. That might be really fun.

You're a VERY lucky man! If you ever get a divorce, ask her to send me a PM ;-)

Mine always says, "Not more bloody LEGO!" as soon as a box arrives at the door, no matter what's inside. However, she was happy to go on holiday with the profits!

I have to say it, despite all the amazing huge ships in the star wars movies that haven't been done,  they reissue the big set that put them on the map for big sets, so they can enhance the collectibility of their brand.  That last sentence was sarcasm.  I will say unless there is a first edition, no way I'm spending 700 on a toy.  On sale for 500-550, maybe.  I couldn't care less about piece count, just too much money.

Maybe I'm reaching but the pieces are shaped like a MF? Lol
Cm put a MF picture over the picture! Use that CSI show stuff

If anything those two lumps look more like BB8 than the Falcon.

Weird how that picture looks like some are in darkness and some are in the light. Eclipse reference?

Eclipse is the Moon blocking out the sun.

That's no MOON.

UCS Death Star.

Book it

I think the sand parts represent the part count of the Taj Mahal and the grey ones the part count of the MF...
Still lots of parts for sure..

I'd say it's the other way round. The grey bricks are representing the 5922 bricks of the Taj Mahal, and the sand ones the 1621 additional of the MF.
