Val-E Posted February 21, 2018 Posted February 21, 2018 Yes, it works for slightly older children. Certainly better than all that TLBM garish yellow stuff. Quote
Sandwraith Posted February 21, 2018 Posted February 21, 2018 Guessing kids will have fun making raptors chase the figures around the dollhouse and whatnot, but the big set sure doesn't do it for me. I'll of course want the Indo Raptor, but i'll have to wait for a deep discount as the rest of the set is mostly just parts bin fodder for me. C'mon 25th anniversary set... my T-Rex paddock moc needs a visitor center Quote

Val-E Posted February 22, 2018 Posted February 22, 2018 I´d honestly prefer a normal set that is available for just 5 months and from limitd outlets. Quote

MJO24 Posted March 13, 2018 Posted March 13, 2018 (edited) Not sure if this is the correct place to post, but this kind of took me by surprise. Some original Jurassic Park sets coming. https://www.brothers-brick.com/2018/03/12/more-jurassic-world-fallen-kingdom-lego-sets-revealed-news/ Edited March 13, 2018 by MJO24 Quote
Clintonjoseph Posted March 13, 2018 Posted March 13, 2018 Disappointing. Was hoping for the Ford Explorer. Quote

Sandwraith Posted March 13, 2018 Posted March 13, 2018 This is about what i expected, some silly "playset". I'll get it for the figures of course, but was hoping for more. Quote
CosmicSpeed Posted March 13, 2018 Posted March 13, 2018 Not too bad for a Classic JP set, about right for a price point too. Maybe we can hope for one or maybe 2 more released after the film. Wish it was a bit larger though. Quote
grabbitfast Posted March 13, 2018 Posted March 13, 2018 Not impressed Will not be piling in on these sets considering the amount of stock piling they will attract this time around. Quote
MusiKyle Posted March 13, 2018 Posted March 13, 2018 Maybe this isn't the end, perhaps there are more that we'll see come out. Quote
Cheese Posted March 13, 2018 Posted March 13, 2018 Am I’m the only one who thinks that the junior T-Rex set may actually do best in the long term? Quote

Nail on the head time, hopefully the hoard will miss out on T-Rex Junior. The interest in this theme will be lower than the previous run simply because the film and sets will be suffering from the lack of an outstanding badass dino. Hopefully I will be proven wrong. Quote
pharmjod Posted March 14, 2018 Posted March 14, 2018 I think it's funny that we have become so numb to the wonder that is seeing realistic, believable dinosaurs on the big screen that we need an impressive 'bad guy" dino to be entertained. I remember the first movie in the theater as a sophomore in highschool and getting goose bumps just seeing the Dinos for the first time. Everything else was just icing.Sent from my PH-1 using Brickpicker Forum mobile app Quote

I don`t think so. They will sell like hot cakes because there is a bad ass dino! The only problem is that customers have to buy more sets to create a real bad ass hybrid dinosaur. "Collect them all" sounds very promising to me! ? Edited March 14, 2018 by OrangeChiliPeP 1 Quote
The Builder Posted March 14, 2018 Posted March 14, 2018 That's a really cool set. I'm exited to look into it! 1 Quote

Shewie Posted March 16, 2018 Posted March 16, 2018 T-Rex where T stays for Tesla? You even get an extended supercharger cord where usually it's a expensive option on top of the car's price. Nice. Quote
