TheBrickClique Posted March 9, 2017 Posted March 9, 2017 Before my TRU ban and the need to create a new account, I could not log in and review my past orders. It got progressively worse the longer I had the account. I attributed it to old servers running in a 1970's era IT facility somewhere in a back corner of TRU HQ. After many minutes following my login credentials, the server would error out. After my new account was created, my order review is much quicker and I can actually look at my past orders from the new account. So, it turns out you can fill an account with so many orders that it will timeout the query. Might be a good idea when you change your clocks and the batteries in your smoke alarms, that you might just want to go ahead and migrate to a new email and TRU account. 1 Quote

Lego_Monsters Posted March 9, 2017 Posted March 9, 2017 Mind sharing why did you get banned from TRU? So we won't do the same mistakes. Quote

I was not surprised after placing about 40 orders in three weeks. That doesn't include in-store buys as well although it didn't ban my rewards account -- just my online account associated with my email address. 1 Quote
