Well spotted .... someone returned a Mammoth's Frozen Stronghold purchased at TJMaxx for $4x.xx at TRU, in a beat up box, and TRU just restocked it on their shelf for $69.99. These were the same MFS's some of us picked up at Marshalls/TJMaxx/Homegoods for $25 just after Christmas last year. Don't they check anything at TRU? Quote
pzyluke Posted May 22, 2016 Posted May 22, 2016 Local TRU has a bunch of new sets out, didn't grab any myself though. Quote
Jeffrey_Dollars Posted May 22, 2016 Posted May 22, 2016 Yeah my TRU had a few of the new SW sets in Quote
Poly 30286 Posted May 22, 2016 Posted May 22, 2016 How long until the new coupon? I really want those fun people at the park! Quote
micbelt Posted May 22, 2016 Posted May 22, 2016 The new coupon is valid starting 5-27-16 I think 1 Quote

Alpinemaps Posted May 22, 2016 Author Posted May 22, 2016 The new coupon is valid starting 5-27-16 I think Like dcdfan said, yes 5-27 is the first day of the coupon. June 2 is the first TRUTH with coupon valid. 1 Quote
Average Guy Posted May 26, 2016 Posted May 26, 2016 So there is no 20% off coupon for today 5/26? I looked and didn't see any in this thread. Actually, I could use the break. Quote

Alpinemaps Posted May 26, 2016 Author Posted May 26, 2016 Next one is next week. (Actually starts tomorrow). It's a *yawn* day today. 1 Quote
weitzel78 Posted May 26, 2016 Posted May 26, 2016 I'm hoping they will have fun in the park by the 2nd. Quote

Alpinemaps Posted May 26, 2016 Author Posted May 26, 2016 No, not really if you have your 9% gift cards ready and TRUTH. That's nearly 19% discount. I'm patient enough to wait until next week to tack on another 20% 1 Quote
weitzel78 Posted May 26, 2016 Posted May 26, 2016 If TRU did not sell sets for above MSRP, 19% off or whatever would not be bad. But it's really like 10% with the 10% markup. I can wait till the 2nd. Quote
micbelt Posted May 26, 2016 Posted May 26, 2016 Typical thursday is 20% coupon with 10% truth plus 15% gc from eBay. Quote

micbelt Posted May 26, 2016 Posted May 26, 2016 I am down to about $150 I think. I miss the bricktober days from last year where was able to stack 20% and 15% coupons with truth, discount gc at 15-20% and the $5 coupon. That with the free bricktober sets was great. Quote
donbee Posted May 27, 2016 Posted May 27, 2016 I got lucky and found a 10% off eGift card on card cash, for a decent amount. I started using card cash more because they take PayPal, and they've gotten faster with their eGift card delivery. Still not instant, but quicker. Quote
