Time to narrow your scope down to one and teach the kids to share.

Yeah, but the plan is to make a big hotel like a modular.  Must find two!  But will not pay $200 for this.  Someone has to have 'em.  Stopped at 2 TRU's today, didn't buy anything.  Prices are so jacked-up that with good sets, even with 20%+10%, it wasn't much of a difference.  Lots of 'good' sets were gone.

Anyone see any 41101 Heartlake Hotels?  Can't find any around TRU's within a few states.  Trying to find two for my kids.

Don't know where you are located, but there was at least one I saw today in Rhode Island.

Also, a couple weeks ago Kmart had them on sale for $109, but I don't know if that's still happening or not.

41101 Heartlake Hotel avail on Shoplego.

my TRU Report: Stormtroopers didn't last til TRUTH, however Hulks could still be seen. (My stores don't give replacements unlike some of you lucky folks)

Super Hero sections are annoyingly UNdestroyed. Doesn't seem to be a very popular theme.

Pirates sections: Completely wiped out.

Star Wars - MTT - Untouched at $74.99 in about a week.

New shipment of Icebreakers in, also back avail at TRU.com.

Went to TRU store 1. Just one trooper left so picked it up with movie sets with 30% plus TRUTH.

Went to TRU store 2. No trooper left but found two hulk polybags. Manager allowed me to have them free with purchase instead of trooper. Grabbed two more bennys. There was no Lord's business set left in TRU store 2.

Has anyone spotted the new Star Wars sets out for sale? That's the only thing I was really hoping to find. Haven't been in my TRU in a couple weeks but I'm sure it's probably bare bones still.

The way they've been for the last couple of months, they could have NR's out but then say they can't sell them. As always, YMMV...

Yep, TFA battle packs + constraction, also architecture NYC, Berlin, Burj. Partial new SH and all new City wave.

Now, has anyone caught any "clearance blast" deals as per yesterday's email?

Just stopped in my store today... no new Star Wars out yet... several boxes on the floor waiting to be unpacked, but didn't see Star Wars in any of them.  They had new NK (Nexo Knights), new Super Heroes, maybe some new Friends / Elves?  Also so a good restock of old Minecraft including The Mine, Farm, etc.  Also saw the new City sets, new Tiger polybag, and a police helicopter poly.  My store had several LM Police Dropships, marked back up to $90.  Nothing I wanted to buy today.

Just got back from "OUR" TRU all new SW sets being held in back until tomorrow morning which works since we can create a reward on 1/1.  I picked up these to build with 20% 10% and discount GC all new sets still at MSRP. Passed on Berlin it looks pitiful, new Burj is nice.

I've read a little about the TRU credit card, outside of Lego investing, and the general opinion there seems to be "not worth it", "too much hassle", "pretty bad service", "better only use for a few, larger purchases, and always pay immediately", and so on. What are your experiences? How much more work than "your usual credit card" is this one? Like - can you pay it off simply on-line? Did you ever had to deal with customer service, and how did that go? Thanks.
