tballw32 Posted November 30, 2015 Posted November 30, 2015 Are there coupon scans somewhere? The ones at the start of the thread expired already. Quote

brad4815 Posted November 30, 2015 Posted November 30, 2015 This might be a stupid question, but as I've avoided TRU before I learned about TRUTH and coupons I'm curious to know. Why are the Star Wars TFA sets not marked up like all other sets? Does TRU normally price the newest wave of sets at regular retail, or is this special? Quote

Yes, in general - TRU new release sets are MSRP and get marked up later. Also, if your TRU is closer to a more populated urban area, you are more likely to see markups as well (In my experience). 1 Quote

baschloinka Posted December 1, 2015 Posted December 1, 2015 My 15% coupon worked with Dr. Who this morning. No TRU markup either, $59.99 before coupon. I don't see this one lasting until TRUTH. 3 Quote
brad4815 Posted December 1, 2015 Posted December 1, 2015 Thanks for sharing. Did the $5/25 work with it as well? Quote
baschloinka Posted December 1, 2015 Posted December 1, 2015 I didn't try. I personally don't care to stack multiple coupons on a single item. 2 Quote
dday0606 Posted December 1, 2015 Posted December 1, 2015 Whom is the wizard that makes scan-able coupon codes??? If we need another 15% coupon picture, I have one to share. Quote
exciter1 Posted December 1, 2015 Posted December 1, 2015 There's also a $10 off $100 coupon for 12/6 - 12/12, if it hadn't been mentioned. 1 Quote

I believe unofficially the rent more than doubled because they had gotten somewhat of a discount back in 2001 because they rented all 4 floors of a huge building. Even without TRUTH they couldn't survive that! Quote
