baschloinka
$5 off $25 coupon on page one is an option. I use that for CMF.
brad4815
Just made a second run to TRU. Was able to use the 15% off with the 20%. Although I didn't initially get the 10% TRUST. I noticed it wasn't on my receipt but the service desk cashier refunded the 10% to my card.

Hmmm....I thought the 15% and 20% were only for $100+ purchases. Did the cashier say anything or did you see/hear them do anything that seemed they were doing an override? The cashier seemed pretty knowledgable too. Asked for my rewards card. Asked if I was using CC for 10%. I'm guessing the computer just kicked the 10% in favor of the 15%. newbie77
based on my visit apparently root of evil is $5 off $25 as soon as its scanned all prior coupon gets invalidated. and it needs an override and manager handling. $50 off is from rewards. so the order is still the same as it has ever been 20% OFF { or other coupons } Rewards 10% TRUTH/TRUSA $ off { $5 off $25 } Edited November 19, 2015 by newbie77

brad4815
Yeah it's a little misleading that they show it as a coupon instead of a payment method.

It's 10 off if you don't use your credit card

Achilles
FWIW - The 10% TRUTH will NOT stack naturally with the 15% off coupon. The 15% off apparently is WITH TRU Credit Card, so it replaces it? That's how it was explained to me. I don't put up fights about this stuff, so I was happy enough with the 20% and 15% off coupon. They also would NOT give me both 3PO and the new Space Promo, but I know if they scan both both will go through. That's YMMV depending on store - this one keeps the promos behind the desk. I've never had a problem with the 10% TRUTH not stacking with the 15% coupon, at multiple stores, other than my aforementioned issues with cashiers not applying the 10% correctly. Your store sounds like teh suck. I would ask to just buy the promos, then laugh it off when they magically get discounted to $0.
Achilles
You used the new 15% coupon they just posted today? In the past I have been able to use them in combo - the 15% and the TRUTH. But with this particular new coupon, it did not work.

brad4815
I wonder if the 20% will work on the Movie/Ultra Agents sale this weekend. I know the coupon says "regular priced" item, but does anyone have any experience on this?

Unusual... hope this isn't a permanent upgrade. Happened to me yesterday at my local Toys R' Us. Funny thing is I was wanted to casually test this theory by going to a cashier I used last month who let me make multiple purchases with coupon stacking and was friendly about it while others in same store have not been. So I went up to her register and said I'd like to check the price of this item with my coupons. She immediately says "you can only use one coupon." I told her that I used multiple before and she said that they've always only allowed one coupon per transaction, as if I was making it up. I left it at that and walked away. Just a theory, but I think maybe corporate sent out a nationwide notice for only one coupon per transaction because of October's madness and that managers are threatening employees with being fired based on the cashier's demeanor of straight up lying to me. I hope to run into again the cashier who carried around a bag of different coupons to let people stack, that guy is awesome!
edgecrusher
Had a very interesting trip to TRU yesterday. 1. Semi-full restock of Jurassic World sets. Most of the seals were faded and I couldn't get a good read on production runs. Many DA, PC, and TRT's. 1 RE. I-Rex's were cleared out by the time I was there around 5pm. 2. Dupolo 20% off sale was the only thing happening in store. Lord Business set was still at the $55.98 price. 3. Ended up buying 1 of the 2 AT-AT's they had left (the other had a ratty looking box). Also tried multiple coupons; no dice. At least my cashier was willing to try! He was not, however, willing to scan both the C3PO and Space polybags to see if they would both be free; I decided not to be pushy about it. I did however, make a rookie mistake. I was paying with my TRU CC, had the 20% off coupon, a gift card, and had rewards totaling $40. I forgot to have him scan my rewards card in the right order (it was scanned last), and I ended up missing out on about $4 off because the Rewards certificates were deducted first. I'm sure this has been discussed before, but here is the order you should go in for the maximum discount: Any % off coupons greater than TRUTH or TRUSat 10% Rewards card for 10% off $5 off $25 or $10 gift card coupon Rewards redemption If you have gift cards for less than the remaining balance, go ahead and scan them, then pay the balance with TRU CC. If your gift cards exceed the balance of the total, partial pay $1.00 with the TRU CC, then have your gift cards scanned. All in all, I made out with the AT-AT and C3PO polybag for $43.87, but it could have been under $40 if I'd gone in the right order. Won't happen again!
