I got this as part of a lot I purchased (I don't have the lot in hand yet). Even though I consider myself quite able to find set info, this has me stumped. Who knows what set this is from?
It seems to be a food vending cart, and it has an official sticker (actually, a STAMP) on the front. I've tried searching for the Slope 2x2 Curves in white that make up the front, for the black tires, for the red and yellow faucets, heck, even for the black grill pieces, but no dice in BL. I have no clue how to search for a STAMP in BL (are they even in the catalog?).
