Just as an FYI: surprise points and coupons don't mix (anymore). It's either one or the other. Coupons do stack on top of other coupons, and also combine with the redemption of rewards points. Just not with Surprise points.

Surprise points and most coupons haven't worked for me for several months, with the exception of a few.  I think the regular $10 back on $50 can still work with surprise points. YMMV

All the surprise points I have received the last few months explicitly mention they don't stack with other coupons/offers. So the limitation is not on the coupon side, but on the Surprise Points side. I recall that at the beginning of 2016 this wasn't the case - I had a few good deals with surprise points and coupons combined.

I'm super bummed....I got the latest 100% back in points coupon. I logged into my SYW account, and I have about $50 in points that have vanished. These did not expire, and nothing is shown in my history. I have an email into support. I've had good luck in the past, I hope these get restored, but I'm a bit nervous. I've sat on these for two weeks, when I have a relatively large balance, I usually spend them ASAP so this type of thing doesn't happen. We'll see on this one....

Ouch ... sorry man ..... but thanks for reminding the rest of us that those points are better spent quickly. For two reasons: a) They might expire as per the above, b ) Sears Holdings might fold anytime :)

I think I may have gotten lucky....I wrote a very polite email earlier today. They wrote back with a form letter, but the bottom said:

"The bonus points you received are a promotional offer and valid for a limited time only. However we have adjusted your account for this offer as a one-time courtesy. "

These aren't posted yet, but I'm hoping to see my points back relatively soon. Phew. There was one more interesting line in the email about the 100% points back:

"CAP of 3 time per member and 150,000 per member. INSTORE and ONLINE"

I've gotten 3 of these 100% back this year already, and just used my 3rd one. Maybe I can't use more after this, we'll see.

For anyone in the know, when you place an order for store pickup, do you get your points after you pickup your order, or when the items ship to the store? I'm trying to figure out if I've been stiffed out of points. It seems to be happening regularly these days since you can't trust the checkout page anymore.

Did anyone get the full 100,000 points from last week's 100% up to 50,000 points glitch?  I have screen prints of 113,000 during checkout but was only credited 63,000 for the City Square.  I am wondering if it was the CAP of 3 times per member or a glitch that was fixed.

Yes, I received 104,000 points for my City Square purchase.

Despite saying at checkout that I would get the full $80 in points for the Final Duel I ordered, my order was adjusted to $2.xx in points and I still haven't seen any sign of the promo points.  My Shop Your Way rewards account shows that I selected the offer and when I tried to use it again it said it was already redeemed.  I'm going to have to call Kmart to straighten this out.  Hopefully they can help.

Success, they credited the additional 50,000 points based on my documentation.  This is the first time I have ever contacted them but no one-time only/CAP amount language in the email.  Now to use them!

I got this error message.

Coupons have been locked due to the number of times you have tried to add incorrect codes. Please call 1-800-697-3277 and we'll help.

 

 

I tried calling the number ad they have no idea how to deal with it and they told me to email sywr.I tried to email and they told me I must call.Anybody have any experience dealing with this.

YMMV but I found a bunch of older Lego sets in a different aisle near seasonal beach stuff this weekend.  This included x2 Brick Bounty, many of the other pirates, knowhere escapes, sentinels, bike shops, double decker couches.  Everything was at retail but there was a lot and in great condition.  With some serious, SYW magic, I walked out with a pristine Brick Bounty for $36.25.
