Phil B Posted November 24, 2016 Share Posted November 24, 2016 Another warning: don't check out online with multiple coupons where only one shows as applied. I tried checking out with a 15% and a 100% points back coupon. All the way through the checkout it showed that it was applying the 100% in favor of the 15%, until I got the order confirmation and it had applied the 15% instead. Had to contact CS to cancel the order and redo the order with just the 100% back coupon to get it to work right, and lost the 15%back coupon as a result (not sure biggie as it was expiring today). I think they are maintained separately from shop your way.com accounts. The crappy Kmart.com app wouldn't take my password this morning, so my account is now locked. I haven't received emails for months from Kmart.com or sears.com, only from SYWR.com. Of course, now I can't unlock my account, because I can't receive my reset password email, brilliant.
