i have noticed my points total showes negative, when i have been awarded points but they are not available yet.  for kmart, sears or syw orders this ia usually less than a day.  but for partner purchases it can be 30-45 days.

Is this on the web or mobile app?  The sweeps web page is incredibly confusing.  Feels like I'm walking down the Vegas strip with signs / ads everywhere.  For Wild Win Wednesday it said I already won (150 pts) although I never spun anything and I'm not sure how to spin again.  I'm probably missing something obvious as usual ...

Be warned everyone. Surprise points are NOT working in store during BF sales. Found out the hard way. Tried three different transactions with different items, and not one offer redeemed. Incredibly frustrating.

Another warning: don't check out online with multiple coupons where only one shows as applied. I tried checking out with a 15% and a 100% points back coupon. All the way through the checkout it showed that it was applying the 100% in favor of the 15%, until I got the order confirmation and it had applied the 15% instead. Had to contact CS to cancel the order and redo the order with just the 100% back coupon to get it to work right, and lost the 15%back coupon as a result (not sure biggie as it was expiring today).

uh oh... having the exact same issue.,, the difference being I did place a bunch of orders with coupons..  the chat and phone CSR said nothing wrong on their end but I insisted there was, they forwarded to IT....

Didn't someone here have an issue resetting their sears.com or Kmart.com account? I think they are maintained separately from shop your way.com accounts.
The crappy Kmart.com app wouldn't take my password this morning, so my account is now locked. I haven't received emails for months from Kmart.com or sears.com, only from SYWR.com.
Of course, now I can't unlock my account, because I can't receive my reset password email, brilliant. The CSR of course had to log the info and they'll contact me 24 hours later, blah blah blah.
