Pseudoty Posted December 17, 2016 Posted December 17, 2016 Picked up the Dragon's Forge today MSRP is only $79 not $120 unless there was a mistake. This a great buy and looks pretty awesome with over 1,100 pieces. Put one in the to be built pile. Quote
TheOrcKing Posted December 18, 2016 Posted December 18, 2016 Here is a Eurobricks review on 70627 Dragon's Forge. Quote
Kenxxx Posted January 2, 2017 Posted January 2, 2017 I was about to start a 70627 Dragon's Forge thread... 'till I found this one... should we rename it maybe? Today is the first I've seen this set and I too thought the $79.99 price tag was a mistake (like Pseudoty, above). 1137 pcs... 6 minigs... loads of weapons and tool accessories. That's a lot of stuff for $79.99. Not sure about the investor, but it's a winner for moms and dads. 70626 Dawn of Iron Doom also seems to have a lot of pieces and minifigs for the price. 1 Quote
nolanfan34 Posted March 28, 2017 Posted March 28, 2017 Not quite meriting a post in the deals thread, but wondering how low this set will go. $69 now on Amazon. https://www.amazon.com/LEGO-Ninjago-Dragons-Forge-Building/dp/B01L0VXKMM/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1490674659&sr=8-2&keywords=ninjago+dragon's+forge Has anyone built it? My son's birthday is coming up, this looks like a fun one, especially for the price. Seems like this could have been $99 pretty easily. Quote
Rodeogeorge Posted March 28, 2017 Posted March 28, 2017 I agree this set is a decent value for parts. At 14% this is the best price we've seen on amazon. I'm confident we'll see at least 30%. As for the birthday gift I'd go for it. Quote
Pseudoty Posted March 28, 2017 Author Posted March 28, 2017 I still haven't built it. It is still MSRP at TRU they have not marked it up and it was part of their BOGO 40% off sale 2 weeks ago. So $57.60 on TRUTH before Rewards. @nolanfan34 if you didn't live so far this would be a good trade set. Quote
mizeur Posted December 15, 2018 Posted December 15, 2018 Surprised this one hasn't had more legs. Quote

dmind Posted December 15, 2018 Posted December 15, 2018 Expected more from this. Selling them this year at rrp. Iron Doom sold much much quicker. Quote
donbee Posted December 15, 2018 Posted December 15, 2018 Too many new dragons to keep up with. In particular a new red and a new blue. Monochrome for the win! Quote
