I feel like this set and the townhouse are probably the coolest sets out of the new Creator sets. The price seems to be okay at $14.99. Very few sets nowadays are under the radar, unless they are truly limited or lego stop production early for some unknown reason, no set is safe from "investors" nowadays. Only problem is, since it is limited, the resellers will buy it, since there will be a premium if it is a short run test. And therefore it can be actually sucessful.
