This appears to be a whack-a-mole game.  I think it will appear in different places for different people browsing.  I found it on the Mini Cooper, but it's already gone from there (at least for me).

I think it is not very difficult to find. I searched LEGO in Amazon, opened the first 8 products at the same time, and found it on the fifth page.

I was talking to a LUG-mate in OC over the weekend and he told me a story about someone that won a Lego building contest about 10 years ago where the prize included airfare to Legoland CA.  The story goes that the made Lego fly him from Orange County to the executive airport in Carlsbad.  It's only a 45 minute drive.
