guiriman
I get 75% off FVF every so often, maybe three times a year at the most. Back in January I got £3 maximum FVF and quick flipped three Tumblers before heading down to Smyths to buy three more. It seems quite random though, last week I got £3 maximum FVF for technology products, haven't sold anything in that category for three years. I'm guessing these would probably be more frequent if ever sold anything outside these windows.
Fenix_2k1
I got the stupid tech discount rather than £1 fvf on 100 that some got this month. Really annoying, I've got stock to sell to make way for all the purchases from smyths, tesco, argos and amazon this past week. Need to stop buying and do a stock take. Val-E
While you´ve all been busy derailing the thread, Amazon UK seems to have started price matching Argos 3-4-2! Some nice deals on SW, Technic, Friends and City

Some nice deals on SW, Technic, Friends and City Sorry didn't realise that hasn't been posted. Some items out of stock but available on back order if you select other sellers, then find the amazon prime listing. Marvel sets low aswell. Dr strange 18.99 for example. Val-E
To me, the pick for investors is Mystery Mansion at around 65 euros, including shipping. Toos so you don´t even have to pay now and it will probably be the last run when it comes. A lot of the other stuff is too recent to be worth stocking up on unless it is for personal build. Bobofischer
What interesting SW sets does Amazon have?

Most of the star wars sets have already been on offer around 33% and as Argos put prices back to rrp there's not any bargains to be had on set in the 751## range i.e. tfa or newer. There are deals on 750## sets like the Tie Advanced Prototype, Imperial Assault Carrier, Flash Speeder and Naboo Starfighter but nobody seems to want those. king156
Smyths toys just cancelled my order this morning for a pet shop, saying my address may not of matched by card details, which is a blatant lie.... Why would they do that I really wanted that £20Off ):
jaybeeuk
LEGO 75094 Star Wars Imperial Shuttle Tydirium is 26% off at Amazon.co.uk too - £58.87. Stock is due on the 25th September. I am very new, and this is my first post, but is the above a good deal ? It seems like quite a distinct set. Thanks !

I did buy 3 sets of Changing Seasons because it's a great set (I already have one for my own collection, which my wife rebuilts when the season (outdoors) changes) ), and also 1 of the Architecture Skylines Venice sets, for my own collection. Fenix_2k1
I don't know what happened with the architecture sets buck palace was down at 29 but went up to 35 veeery quickly. Same with reduction on New York Skyline, luckily managed to pick that up before the price bounced back. Lots of click and collect to do from Tesco and Argos today. Let's see what state boxes are in.

We have plenty of time to get Buck House and skylines as the prices will be up and down like a *****'s drawers. Good luck with the Argos/Tesco C&C and I'm about to collect my latest order from Asda. I've just heard that John Lewis should be dropping prices soon ;-)

Never really thought much of the skyline sets but there seem to be more coming from Lego so had to give one a try.

I'm getting JL emails today regarding matching a competitor's promotion so it should just be a matter of time before it trickles down to LEGO. TBH, I wouldn't mind working for them myslef as I'll need something part time once I take a break from LEGO ;-)
Fenix_2k1
Added bonus on the Argos offer. They are honoring £5 gift card on £50 spend on top of 3 for 2. Surprisingly all but one item from Tesco Direct and argos were in prefect condition with just one of my mighty micro boxes a bit squashed. Phil B
Not sure if this is common news, but Brickset reports the following deal at LEGO Shop at Home: Quote Here's a great offer for those of you in Germany and France: from today until 4th October, save €10 when you spend €40 or more at shop.LEGO.com. Simply click on the appropriate link (Germany | France) then enter the code SHOP when you check out.
