Zero value sets

Looking at the value of an older set, 8247-1: Road Rebel, I see that the value went to zero in June.  I understand that for some sets that do not have much activity there is not much price data, but shouldn't there be some "boundary checking" that stops a value from going to zero? (or are there some sets so useless you have to give them away :))

I also noticed that the "used" value was higher than the "new" value for this set -- also odd...
