jbreaux Posted February 4, 2013 Posted February 4, 2013 At the Walmart on ******. Mall Drive, Baton Rouge, LA there are 3 7965 Millennium Falcons for $99 The boxes are a little banged up from the security straps but I haven't seen a better price on these after Christmas. I bought one of the better looking ones a few weeks ago and it looks like no one bought anymore of them since I did. Quote
10230 Posted October 10, 2014 Posted October 10, 2014 Grabbing this thread to announce what I just found out: lego.com now charges sales tax in Louisiana - without any announcement. That kind of sucks now - no store anywhere close but online tax. Quote
Huskers1236 Posted October 10, 2014 Posted October 10, 2014 Grabbing this thread to announce what I just found out: lego.com now charges sales tax in Louisiana - without any announcement. That kind of sucks now - no store anywhere close but online tax. Nebraska started awhile ago as well. I first noticed around May the 4th promotion. Called Lego about it, and they just said they had to abide by law changes but had no answer for why Amazon didn't charge me tax. Neither have a physical presence in the state, so not sure the difference between entities. Quote
10230 Posted October 10, 2014 Posted October 10, 2014 It would be kind of ok if they could at least open a store in the state - that would offset the "disadvantage" a bit. (besides being cool) Quote
