Substored
Hey Guys, Found this on a site and is priced at $100. the bin is 50cmx100cmx17cm or 20inx42inx6.5in. No mention of weight.. all figures are included but not all books are present. also Seller said no guarantee all pieces for each set is present. they also said 100% lego which probably means 95% What do you guys think is it worth it? This is my first possible bulk lego purchase so i have no idea. Thanks in advance
Thumper
IMO at $100 there would have to be at least 25lbs in there - that looks more like 6-8. "no guarantee all pieces for each set is present" means they know darn well they're not. and 100% Lego for the most part just means Lego as in plastic bricks that stick together. There are a couple nice plane sections, some HP... but also lots of soccer, bionacle/hockey and knights kingdom stuff unfortunately. maybe they'd take $35 cdn, either way with limited pictures like that you would want to see it in person. In there of value is the Harry potter stuff and the planes but there is definitely J stone which is worthless Edited September 7, 2016 by Will

Will 4
I would say you would struggle to make a reasonable profit with the work sourcing parts then sales fees and demand as some of the sets are not real sellers some of the J-stone is not even listed on brick link. In all pass unless you can negotiate a better deal.

Migration
You can make money on that with a decent buy in, some of those soccer sets bring a fair amount, but they do take a bit of time to move. And as mentioned those plane wing sections sell well even if the planes are incomplete.
