jgschmieg3
Not directly related to your post because I am in US, but if it makes you feel any better, I think some of the drop may be the annual summer selling lull. I see the same thing. Its time to start planning for Christmas sales!
AirborneAFOL
Check your mobile optimization. I updated the HTML default coding for all my listings, and have been riding a 30% sales boost all summer as a result.
labfreak7
It's also a slow time right now. Sales are only now starting to pick up a little for me. The summer was slow.
anolian
I actually switched my ads from ebay.ca to ebay.com and everything sold with in a week. So it's safe to say I will be doing that from now on.

anolian
Yeah or it could be the fact that some people only like to buy in cad funds not not usd that conversation is brutal these days. And there are on custom fees if they buy from a Canadian seller rather then an American.

It's a localized selling platform under the ebay umbrella. What's to get? When I browse anything on ebay.ca, any USD listings (the majority really) are converted to CAD pricing for me. The same happens if you've listed in CAD and then view it from .com, it will show you the USD pricing. I would imagine shipping costs are the biggest factor in deterring US buyers from purchasing from us Canadian sellers. You mention later in the thread that listing on .com has increased your sales.... I'm curious how you list shipping costs when shipping from Canada though? It won't give you any of the options Canadians have available to use. How are you getting around that? You have to select a service, even if you're listing with free shipping don't you? I know Redghost gets around it because he can actually cross the border and ship from the other side, but most don't have that ability or willingness.
