KShine Posted July 11, 2016 Posted July 11, 2016 Such an incredibly wasted opportunity with this set. This was a chance to impress the masses, to create a truely wow design. Quote
CM4Sci Posted July 11, 2016 Posted July 11, 2016 Those are the leaked photos and I'm guessing will be removed soon. The reveal is so so so so so soon so just wait! 58 minutes ago, KShine said: Such an incredibly wasted opportunity with this set. Furious_george Posted July 11, 2016 Posted July 11, 2016 Yeh I will probably never buy one myself, but agree it does look pretty good. Quote

JosephMali Posted July 11, 2016 Posted July 11, 2016 Well, now that it is official I can't believe Lego would have such a horrible design for the three towers on the first level. Quote
thoroakenfelder Posted July 11, 2016 Posted July 11, 2016 Exclusive tinkerbell. Any difference with the others? Quote
Jeff Mack Posted July 11, 2016 Posted July 11, 2016 Now I want Space Mountain and the Haunted Mansion!!! 6 Quote
supergman Posted July 11, 2016 Posted July 11, 2016 Having worked with the Disney Company years ago for quite some time, I have an inherent appreciation for this. My kids are going crazy over this, too. So yeah, definitely a market and I'll have to get 1-2 to build. Awesome. Quote
tractorboy Posted July 11, 2016 Posted July 11, 2016 I think it's hideous, but I guess grumpy 40-something Irish blokes aren't really the target market here. I'm sure it will sell like hot cakes. Quote
JadBean Posted July 11, 2016 Posted July 11, 2016 That's a beautiful model. It seems that the exterior is built to microfig scale, whereas the interior is minifig scale. I suppose it would have been too gigantic and expensive to make the exterior any larger. I appreciate it and predict it will be very popular, but for $350 I think I'd rather have the Ghostbusters Firehouse. Quote
Guest TabbyBoy Posted July 11, 2016 Posted July 11, 2016 (edited) The box looks fantastic, shame about the contents! I get to love the half-arsed front towers.... in time ;-) Anyhow, I'm ordering ready for Xmas QFLL. I just hope that LEGO don't make enough. Edited July 11, 2016 by TabbyBoy Quote
supergman Posted July 11, 2016 Posted July 11, 2016 I do wish the back was closed as the current photos circulating show an open playable back....which is fine, but I almost think two sets combined will make more sense. Quote
Darth_Raichu Posted July 11, 2016 Posted July 11, 2016 Did Tink eat one of Alice's cookies ?? Shouldn't she be micro-fig size ??? 2 Quote

gregpj Posted July 11, 2016 Posted July 11, 2016 Well, now that it is official I can't believe Lego would have such a horrible design for the three towers on the first level. The sticker police are going to be out complaining too. The towers look like an intern designed them after someone said "how complicated can we make the three round towers?" Quote

Darth_Raichu Posted July 11, 2016 Posted July 11, 2016 For $350 there should not be these many stickers.... Oh wait, we lost that battle a looong time ago Plus AoH had few stickers, look how much hatred was directed at it Quote
Manse1001 Posted July 11, 2016 Posted July 11, 2016 The Disney website states release date is 1st Aug as opposed to 1st Sept . . . I thought I read the VIP release was 17th Aug ?? Quote
