Very solid theme. Nothing flashy, but they usually have solid returns.

Some city sets seem to do fairly well. The problem I have with them is that they always come out with similar sets. For example look at the Fire Station that just retired (7208). I bought up 3 of these thinking they might do well but then they came out with 60004 which looks almost identical. Basically there will always be a fire station, police station, etc. When I first started a lot of city stuff was on sale so I invested heavily in it. I'm not sure it was the correct decision. Only time will tell.

Yes, this is the issue...or re-issue...LOL...with City sets.
