This is the first rumor i've seen related to the January 1st winter wave of 2017.

Sounds like a Yoda's Hut, the UCS Snowspeeder, and a new round of microfighters series 4, and a few Rogue One battlepacks are on the way..

It sounds like the following could happen. 

• 75144 UCS Snowspeeder
• Yoda's Hutt
• 75160 (rebel pilot), 75161 (tie pilot), 75162 (rebel pilot), 75163 (Imperial Officer) 
• 75164 Rogue One Rebel Battle Pack
• 75165 Rogue One Imperial Battle Pack
• 75166 Set with R2D2, and Yoda
• 75169 (possible landspeeder or could be Tusken Raider Attack themed set) has Luke, Obi-Wan, 3PO, and Tusken Raider
• 75170 (rebels set with Chopper, Kanan, Thrawn)
• 75171 Rogue One set with 3 minis (AT-AT's might be safe for a while!)
• 75272 Rebels set
• 75173 (sounds like a jedi final duel type set) with Qui-Gon, Obi-Wan and Maul
• 75174 Desert Skiff with Han, Chewie, Fett, Weequay
• 75179 Set with Lando, Rebel Pilot, Crewman

BINGO.  never bite the hand that feed$ you.  Folks like Jang need both YouTube and Lego to keep their current biz model going (regardless whether it's for the $,  exposure to get cool Lego swag, side hobby, fame, etc...).

He made the right decision.  It wasn't worth risking it, rather than just waiting another week.

I think that the flyer said "up to 20% off of select LEGO sets." The only item pictured was the UCS TIE Fighter.

Yeah, my comment was more about how some people who are not in a position to be directly impacted are mouthing off as though they would be able to take on multi-million dollar companies to defend their youtube show.

In that case, I agree with you. Show is probably too big a compliment for what is usually a montage of stock photos with a voice over with old computer game backing tracks.

To get back on topic, the new sets are up on SAH now and the prices are not the same as in the sticky post at the top of this thread, especially UK prices, which have actually gone down.

No deals live on the Australian Lego site. It's already Friday in their time zone....

COnfirms which sets are retiring, though.

The discounted sets are up on the EU sites, and they're ... well ... crap. Nothing there that would make me consider for even one second. And that's including the 3x VIP and polybag that's given above a minimum purchase.

No Scarif Trooper for EUR and AUS, that sucks as well. Not going to bother, can wait for the BB8

Scarif 3-4 cases per store ,  well "moderate" sales stores.  Higher volume ones might get some more.

What a let down... a few poor sets on offer.

this Force Friday is memorable only for announcing the new MF (which we can't even buy today). Nothing worth buying today.

Well the promo lasts 3 days so perhaps they will discount a different set each day and today's hasn't been updated yet as from what I see they are all at RRP.

The inflation of these sets is getting ridiculous.  Really 159.99 for the finalizer?  Really?  The ISD was just 129.99 just a few years back, and that set is better than this one.  

799.99 for the MF..  Shake my head...

A few are discounted but you have to click on them, e.g. Resistance xwing -20%... big deal
