tormentalous
I found a listing on Craigslist for the Taj Mahal (10189) going for $450 obo in San Diego. If anyone lives around here, this might be a good deal. I might've went for it if I wasn't in the middle of buying a house right now. Maybe some lucky member here is able to get their hands on this set. http://sandiego.craigslist.org/csd/tag/3580654668.html

emazers
Unless this guy has 2 of these or he copied the picture from the Auction on Ebay that ended in December. http://www.ebay.com/itm/LEGO-Taj-Mahal-10189-Huge-Set-Rare-and-Hard-to-Find-100-complete-Box-Books-/121042416173?pt=Building_Toys_US&hash=item1c2eb0b22d

Seems odd.

Darth Lego
Considering the copied picture, I wouldn't buy it. Too sketchy.
stephen_rockefeller
How could you get scammed if you see it in person before you buy it?
deanearp
How could you get scammed if you see it in person before you buy it? I guess he could just throw pieces into bags. Sometimes people will not want the Lego box shipped because it cheaper to ship without the box. Could be he kept the box. Makes you go hmmm... deanearp
Good catch. Yes, I agree. Look for the rare pieces when you check it out. This!!! I made this mistake when I bought a 10019 on Craigslist. It was 99% complete--one thing it was missing was the $50.00 6 X 3 Light Gray hinge plate that is the radar panel. Unfortunately for me, Lego has used that piece on only ONE set--the 10019 UCS so there are not that may spare ones out there.
