LEGO Oleg
This is an example of LEGO CMF series 3 to 9 with bump codes on a package.... https://www.google.com/search?q=lego+minifigures+bump+codes&hl=en&tbo=u&tbm=isch&source=univ&sa=X&ei=kJcMUYSqBsTvygHF0oD4Bw&sqi=2&ved=0CDUQsAQ&biw=1280&bih=630 Many people just buy series blindly and waist money.....U can use this bump codes before and save. I usually use "feel it method". Check specific item for every minifigure and try to find it inside. easy and fun.

Cheers, Sorry for the late reply, I missed your post. He is a custom made minifig from Citizen Brick called the Chemistry Enthusiast. Obvioulsy made to look like Walter White but not an official BrBa product. They only made 400 and the sold out very fast, but might be on Ebay if you're lucky.
