Hey all,

Introducing myself as is the custom.

So I'm basically wanting to start buying bulk loads of LEGO, sorting through them, cleaning them up and selling the individual sets. I really enjoy sorting and (duh) building so it'll be fun, will hopefully give me a little bit of profit and I wont have tons of LEGO spilling out of every inch of my house (Well, i probably will but its not  for me to keep, I will tell my wife). Also i want to buy some new sets and break them down - sell the minifigures and the actual build seperately. Maybe start up a bricklink store - who knows.

Looking forward to it!

Hi,

welcome to the Club.

Good Luck to your Lego business. Just be careful that you're not too disappointed. Check out first what sort of courier services or postal services you have available in your region, as for world wide sales Australia isn't quite favourable in terms of postage and handling cost. You might sell well or not internally on this continent, but might not appeal to the wider community, even though that you may have good Sets but the extra cost will may miss out on a deal.

Another thing or two, don't get disappointed when things aren't running well, it will take time to get there.

Patience isn't a virtue, it's an inconvenient condition you may find you catch 22.

Nevertheless, Good Luck to you.

Welcome aboard!

... it may start with small intensions but that doesn't last long once the treasure hunt fever takes over :-)

Ya know you really have the bug bad when you spend 20+ minutes investigating photos someone posts from a local classified add from the other side of the continent!
