Poly 30286 Posted August 14, 2016 Posted August 14, 2016 @Phil B I think it's dark sand? Color #138, whatever that translates to. Quote

Although I am taking a week off from work and we are trying our first Lego Ideas submission, so pics to come. He has been rebuilding some things from instructions, so I think he might have used the Metalbeard ones and then swapped out pieces as he went. Really enjoyed the old school rocket booster on the arm though! 1 Quote
Popular Post Alpinemaps Posted August 20, 2016 Popular Post Posted August 20, 2016 My daughter and I have been working on these for the last couple of weeks. All done with them, now to hang them in her room. All 5 Elves dragons and the Pegasus sleigh. 10 Quote
Alpinemaps Posted August 21, 2016 Posted August 21, 2016 And here's what my son and I have been working on for the last week. I gotta say that it was an excellent build. I really enjoyed how it was put together. I don't even care if it's not screen accurate. It's a well designed build. 7 Quote
Alpinemaps Posted August 29, 2016 Posted August 29, 2016 My kids each built one of these, from the TRU build this weekend: Dont know when I've seen all four of us fight over a set, but my son won out and built this tonight: just an outstanding set. Primed for the Halloween Town. 4 Quote

Alpinemaps Posted September 11, 2016 Posted September 11, 2016 I was okay thinking that was he Mickey minifig in a mech suit. Then I zoomed in. Not sure I can sleep tonight. 2 Quote
Alpinemaps Posted October 4, 2016 Posted October 4, 2016 My son built 70835 Ronin R.E.X. I've got to admit it is pretty darn cool. Some of the best designs seem to be in the Ninjago line. 7 Quote

I wasn't a fan of this theme a few years ago, but I really like the newer sets. The figs are pretty neat, too. I would have wanted these really bad as a kid. Ninjas are always in style. 4 Quote

Now I am curious to know what you were thinking. :-) I hoped they would build an Endor ambush but eventually it turned out both teams got lost in a very dense Endor forest. Quote

Everyone uses it like it's meant as a cigarette.... but I'm pretty sure it isn't. His eyes go all red and then he starts grinning like a fool. I imagined it as a Grow Op. Looks like the swat team is moving in on the farmers. 1 Quote
Alpinemaps Posted October 16, 2016 Posted October 16, 2016 Some series 9 Mixels. The daughter built the TV ones, while the son built the Ninja ones. 2 Quote
ichiroll Posted October 16, 2016 Posted October 16, 2016 My 6-year old has been doing 70738 Ninjago Flight of Destiny but has been running into pieces not holding together and missing pieces. Even to me, the boat seems awfully "fragile". Anybody have issues/difficulties with this? She is up to bag 10 but can't/doesn't want to continue because when she attaches one thing, another falls apart... I also don't know what's up with the missing pieces. Trying to figure out if she perhaps used the wrong pieces somewhere earlier and thus missing pieces now. She's never had a problem like this and she's done a ton of sets... Quote
