Poly 30286 Posted April 7, 2016 Posted April 7, 2016 Entertainment value of die hard investors, cheats, scoundrels, morons and the righteous all chiming in. It's way more fun than my Facebook feed. 5 Quote

Robertx Posted April 7, 2016 Posted April 7, 2016 I was here to learn about what Legos were sought after. I'm a sales rep and visit 45 walmarts on a regular basis. Until about a year ago I just would buy one of a ridiculously discounted set for my 7 year old to build. Then I started realizing if I found a $60 marvel set for $15 I could easily sell it to his friends parents for $30. We both win. An easy flip. I was curious about investing but after reading so many posts I'm not going that route. So many hoarders. I'm all about low buy in. I have about 50 mint unopened sets. All Star Wars or superheroes. Very low buy in. 50-75% off. Mostly big sets. But no exclusives. I've probably sold 40 sets just to friends. The few I have kept are ones I'm going to save. Pretty much made back most of my money so far, so they're just icing. 1 Quote

How much do you know about Lego?how much time are you prepared to put in to researching sets and finding deals? What are your expectations return wise? How long are you prepared to hold stock? Quote
