aw004g
Hi. Using the quick listing tool and lately it's been adding "accept offers" even when I uncheck this option. It's frustrating as I have to take extra time to revise my listings. Any suggestions?
Phil B
Yes, never ever use the Quick Listing tool.

Phil B
So an experienced seller, 600+ feedback with 30+ within the last month or so (most from selling, 2 from buying) just purchased a set from me that I had parked at 2x the going rate. Purchased and paid. I have free returns on my listings (buyer pays shipping). What's the deal here and what should I do? It reeks like he's going to just park it and then return it to me at the end of my 30 day return period. Or even perhaps pull a fast one on me and claim SNAD. His feedback record is immaculate (100% positive). What to do? Shall I just cancel and claim the item accidentally got damaged? I recently had a seller do this to me and I had no way to even provide neutral or negative feedback, so that sounds like a safe way out of a possible scam. My other thought is to write him a message, but he's an experienced seller so for sure he knows how to find the other 20 listings that are half my price. Advice please? There isn't much you can do. Have you checked the feedback he's left for others as a buyer? I caught a few redflags that way. If you are worried about SNAD then the best defense is a ton of pictures on hand, think upclose shots of seals and packaging, etc.

I've decided, after reading 30 pages of almost all glowing feedback (plus one negative from over a year ago from someone who claims they didn't get their item), to send the guy a message via EBay checking if he really wanted mine when there are 20+ listing at half price. I mentioned that I appreciated a quick response, and that lack of response meant I would cancel the order. Hopefully I get a "oh shoot, sorry" response and all is well. If not, I cancel. EDIT: Phew, glad I did this: "Yes I did not authorize or purchase this. Please cancel it and I will get in contact with eBay". Looks like he got hacked.
