I think quantity is just one factor that might lead to a "financial hold" (as Walmart calls these "reviews"). I've had my account flagged on a non-LEGO order for using multiple Walmart GCs (which THEIR STORE gave me for returns that were paid with Paypal) along with a CC. Loads of delayed cancellations and "Your pickup has been delayed..." on everyday items for a few weeks. Then resolved itself. Disable location tracking in the app and place your order for “pick up in store”. Or, find a manager and show them the non-location tracked price in your phone.
