Best idea is to split your orders up into ~$35 transactions, use a $5 off $35 coupon (easily obtainable from the mobile site) and get $5 back. Shipping email again omitted 2 out of 4 promos, but order status screen shows them and shows a shipping date for each line. Just to be sure, I called CS and (after telling me umpteen times that 75192 will not be available on Oct 1) I finally got to talk with someone who could tell me that all items should be in my shipment. Can second that regarding Cardpool, but they do have the 1 year guarantee that CardCash doesn't have (If I remember correctly, Cardcash is a whopping 30 days before you're out of luck).
