6mth average BL Part Out value is $63. Not a lot of sellable pieces. If you're lucky, you break even if you manage to sell 50% of the pieces. Not a good route either.

The boat was an example of how sometimes Brickpicker advice just before EOL can lead to an easy winner.

Meanwhile the Hurricane Heist @ 50% off is still available online.  It will be going out as birthday gifts in order to amortize the shelf cost.

This lego game seems more art than science at times.
