I don't think the phrasing really matters. I've received around 20 orders from them, under the regular $4.99 shipping, free shipping, and free expedited shipping, and they've all taken about 4 days if the product was in stock (I live in VA). Personally, my experience has been 50/50 but I’ve only been ordering for personal so not much of an issue as long as no broken bricks. I ordered a Hasbro Mace Windu lightsaber from them that turned out to have a bad speaker. I started a return and they called and asked me how much I thought that it would cost to send it back to them.
