Yeah, I bought a couple BB-8. They're OOS at Amazon and I'd guess retiring soon. 40% off plus the GWP, plus the mini BB-8 for signing up for texts, plus double VIP points seemed like a decent deal. No, you have to sign up for SMS notifications, the code will be sent to your phone. It's a banner on the top of Shop.lego.com.
