Had this happen sporadically last Christmas with pickup orders, but not with online orders. Happened last week with the Carousel too. I've never bought Lego in bulk from WM, so this flagging isn't deserved. Going to try with a Walmart GC so they have no "payment" excuse and then try to follow it up with corporate.
