Apparently it's only the ones sold through Walmart that are missing these pieces. You can buy them at a home improvement store or call the company and they will mail them to you but don't expect to build out of package. I have the 12' (4x8) versions and I fell off the ladder a few weeks ago trying to get the top shelf up. In any case, best shelves to use! There's a few I don't hate, but don't plan on biting until there's a GWP. RE: Price Reset/Quantity Reset, that has been my experience - (Yes, it resets) - but apparently YMMV. Had to run to Wally to return a couple items this AM before the crowds, as I expected, no additional markdowns.
