There are a lot of great people in this region. I would assume they are managed better then stores elsewhere. bay area has among highest disposable income - real estate prices in us. it's like saying wtf i can't find clearance in beverly hills- lol. in exchange for no clearance you get to live in a place rich with cultural and outdoor activity opportunities populated with some of the highest paid individuals in the country .
