FullySYC
Hello fellow brick pickers! I'm new to lego investing and have a question. I bought some sets a while back and have seen the value drop leading up to xmas. Is this a common re-occurring trend that happens this time of year?? Thanks in advance for feedback and have a great new year!!
Val-E
Which sets? Some stagnate at this time and others flourish, depending on demand. After Xmas, the AFOL sets should catch a second wind and not as many kids playsets will get sold.
Veegs
Depends on the set, but a lot of undercutting can and seemingly does take place from Oct-Dec. Also, probably more supply/listings, which keeps prices in check. I sold AA's in Aug/Sept for quite a bit more than several I've seen sell in Nov-Dec. All of which were sitting in the positive before christmas and saw a huge drop. Either its a trend? or I just made some bad decisions....
