Now it starts to get funny ;)

I'm wondering what it will look like (Playset or not) and what will be included with the set and of course what it will do to the price of 10188.

Interesting times are coming

Are you assuming everyone paid RRP? I sure hope not.

I thinking as a Brit where this set is rarely discounted.

After having the Death Star remain available for 50 years, and giving everyone more than enough time to get one - I find it very hard to believe that they would re-release a virtual copy of the 10188 (unless LEGO is actually aiming for the complete destruction of re-sellers).

But if it is so....

This will have to be at least $500 to match the 10188. Also they don't tend to use as many hard bricks nowadays, I would doubt that the weight would be more than 2/3 of the 10188.

More plates, less bricks, same number of figs, at least 20% higher price. I still say the 10188 will be unique. This should be different in many aspects.

Moreover, if they want people who own a 10188 buy this one too they HAVE to make it different.

to match the sheer weight, size and intricacy of currently retiring DS it would have to be a $600+ set
