Looking for minifigures clamshell packaging

Hi, I am hoping someone may lead me to the right direction on where I can find clamshell packaging like the Build A Minifigure at the Lego store. Prefer to have slots for 5 figures if possible. If anyone have any idea where I can get them that would be greatly appreciated!

There's a local (plastic/vinyl forming) company in Ottawa that custom makes them to your specifications but you need to order them by the 1000's, you could check out these guys http://qpcpack.com/clamshell-catalog/  (I've never used them but had the bookmark hanging around for awhile)
