If you haven't, you are not a true Lego collector/investor.

It's basically the table top Lego version of Warhammer 40k, but better. It's so fun to play with your friends or siblings or whatever. Just look it up on the interweebs.

Oh and they made a Lego Brikwars game for computers, it's free too. With the help of programs like Hamachi, we can actually be able to fight each other.

I love Brikwars, I recently created an army. And I'm awaiting in the mail for my hero unit, Boba Fett, since my 8 other men I have are Mandalorians from 7914.

You should've bought Pre Viszla then, not Boba Fett.

Dude, I've been playing Brikwars for years! Almost as long as the game & site have been around. Besides my addiction to the brick, it didn't cost me both arms and legs for an army of LEGO units compared to any Warhammer kit. You know what I'm talking about.

You have to pay $35 or more just for a couple of units, and, oh yeah, you have to paint and glue them together. Warhammer 40,000 is really cool, but those prices are through the roof! They are basically model kits for crying out loud! How can such tiny little kits that you end up having to do all the work cost so much?! They can not seriously cost that much to be molded. The amount they charge is probably that way just cause they can.

Oh yeah, Warhammer is very cool and all, but agreed; the prices are stupidly crazy. From what I've been hearing, it seems GW is getting lazy on the rules set, like rules being ambiguous, some things being blatantly overpowered, etc.

Brikwars 24/7! Just wish there were more people to play with than my brother (who happens to be a big Lego collector)

Meant to post this the other day, but got sidetracked from that awesome Battletech Warhammer build. The talk about Warhammer 40,000 reminded me of these builds from Jerac on flickr. This guys work is awesome stuff made of pure win! Check it out!

Wow, just wow.

Just saw the thread and I guess I'll give it a try when I have time! :-)

The heads of the warhammer LEGO MOC are made with what exactly? o.O

Other than that all seems to be LEGO.

Edit:

Ah okay it's a painted regular stormtrooper helmet.
